AI Thought Lab is being rebuilt as the applied AI workshop of Richard Coulson.
The goal is to move away from a traditional blog structure and toward a public-facing proof-of-work hub focused on practical functional AI. The first planning phase defined the site brief, content map, design direction, tech stack, hard rules, build phases, and launch checklist.
The site will center on applied AI projects like Swatch ID and Bolt Finder, supported by focused Lab Notes and Build Log entries.
