AI Thought Lab Projects Become a Software Showcase

Redesigned the Projects page as a visual portfolio that distinguishes polished case studies from working prototypes.

The AI Thought Lab Projects page moved from a text-heavy grid to a visual product showcase under the headline Applied AI systems built for real-world problems. Swatch ID and Cutting Room Explorer now appear as polished case studies, while Bolt Finder remains explicitly identified as a working prototype.

Project imagery now has a primary role within cohesive horizontal feature panels. Alternating text and image placement creates rhythm between projects without separating each product’s story, and images preserve their natural aspect ratios rather than being cropped.

The page retained AI Thought Lab’s typography, color palette, and card language, and condensed the portfolio standard to Proof over hype. No new dependency or global redesign was introduced as part of the change.

Desktop and mobile behavior were verified so the feature panels remain connected as they move from horizontal to stacked layouts. The refresh aligns the portfolio with the maturity of the flagship case studies and creates a clearer visual path into each project.
