AI Thought Lab has now been rebuilt away from a traditional blog and toward Richard Coulson’s applied AI workshop model.
To prevent scope drift, planning documents were created first, including the site brief, content map, design direction, build phases, and launch checklist.
The Astro site now includes Home, Projects, Swatch ID, Bolt Finder, Lab Notes, Build Log, About, and Contact. Swatch ID is presented as the flagship visual search project, while Bolt Finder has been updated to reflect its OCR-first rack scanning proof of concept.
Project visuals, flow diagrams, media frames, metadata, sitemap/robots, and favicon assets are now in place.
This marks a pre-deployment milestone: the site is ready for Cloudflare Pages deployment and custom domain setup, but it is not being framed as fully launched yet.
